In His Own Words: Brandon V

Hello, my name is Brandon and I have been to too many places to even mention to try and get sober. I struggled at every single one of them. For the life of me I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t able to stay clean. The endless amount of revolving doors seemed to just get longer and longer and I was getting nowhere.

When I came to Revolution Recovery, that all changed. This place was just different. Right away I realized I wasn’t just a number; I was a real person that they cared about. Those that came before me, they led me through the steps, they took the time to share their stories, the ups and the downs, the lessons they learned. At Revolution, I felt safe.

The support group of men I have met here, will be lifelong friends.

Revolution Recovery saved my life. They turned a sad, unmotivated, and broken addict living on the streets, to a proud man with stability, courage, and peace. Today, I get to be a father, a son, a friend, and a human being, that shows up every day. I get to be the man I knew I could be, thanks to the support system at Revolution. Without their amazing team, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Today, I am happy to be alive.

“Tomorrow is the most important thing in life; it comes to us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives, and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday.” – John Wayne
